Please accept my sincere greetings on the occasion of the 214th anniversary of foundation of your Hero City.
Odesa is a city of seamen and poets, artists and jewellers, bankers and painters. However, at present, this is also a political, economical and cultural center of Southern Ukraine.
Your city is a gem on the Black Sea coast that produces impression on everyone. I recall the time when I worked in your city with great excitement.
